RStheGr8: More drive-thrus please

I've been under the weather lately so I started thinking about what would help me feel better.

I was thinking it'd be nice to go to the store and not have to get out. For instance today, I just needed a couple things. Why can't they use the pharmacy drive-thrus for small purchases (say 5 items or less)? This would take a lot of the hassle out of shopping when you're sick. Plus, I would have a chance to infect fewer people with my germs (and vice versa).
